Roles and Responsibilities: AB INITIO (ETL),AB INITIO (ETL),NONE,ORACLE 9I,NONE,DATA MODELING Skill and Job Requirements: You must be a Engineer / MCA graduate with 1 to 10 years experience overall with at least 1 years in datawarehousing. Should have hands-on experience guiding a data warehouse project life cycle, changing dimension issues, ETL designs and time-based. OLAP product experience, such as Microsoft''s Analysis Services, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Express, or Cognos, and experience with extraction Products, such as Informatica, Acta, or D2K is highly desirable.

Qualification: BE / BTech Experience: 3-6YEARS Skills: As a Sr. Programmer / Module leader, you will define, create and maintain project plans. Take care of performance evaluation of team members and progressions, keeping in mind their career growth aspirations. Your key project responsibilities are gathering of business requirements, study of legacy systems, participating in preparing a suitable data model for Data mart or Data warehouse, preparing technical / site architecture, preparing technical and commercial proposals and finalization, monitoring prototypes, developing ETL strategy, developing OLAP strategy / methodology, suggesting suitable Data Warehousing tools based on the client''s business plan / growth, chalking out realistic implementation and roll-out plans and executing the same. You will also participate in reviews in critical stages of the project before the deliverables are submitted to the client. Will be required to lead, motivate and focus on the team of at least 10, and work to build customer relationships. , Expected to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Data Warehousing technology - various releases of tools etc. Will also participate in evaluation of newer versions of tools and features; suggestions to the client on suitability of new versions to their business needs. Be expected to escalate technical and managerial issues to the management or client supervisor at the right time. Present timely status reports both internal and to the client team. Ensure adherence to the client /project specific quality and documentation standards as part of project execution. Will be responsible for design, coding, unit testing, training and implementation. Exposure to onsite offshore projects will be a plus. Onsite offshore project exposure will be a plus as well as any relevant certifications too. Area of expertise: Datawarehousing
