- Ensure strong relationship management with key corporates and deployment of targeted initiatives for a healthy business growth.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company''s sales target.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and resolve issues or any conflicts with clients related to business relationship
Desired Profile :
- Establish budgets with the client and company & work towards meeting the time deadlines for accounts
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Identify key accounts to strategically secure profitable business and implement systems & process for monitoring business in sales funnel.
- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for B2B selling.
