Job Description :

Job will involve "Debtors Accounting" in a multi-company environment i.e. N.R. Agarwal Industries Ltd. Unit - I, N.R. Paper and Boards Ltd. and Suman Paper and Boards Ltd. with a combined turn over of Rs. 20 crores per month with approx. 175 debtors as on date. The details of the job will be as under : 1. Receipt of payments from various debtors and mapping of the same with invoices. 2. Keeping a track of any deuctions made by debtors and reconciliation of the same with discount or any other eligibility. 3. Administering and control of various discount schemes to debtors, issue of credit notes accordingly. 4. Follow up of outstanding i.e. credit control and and issue of debit notes on the basis of delayed payments. 5. MIS Reports pertaining to Age-wise analysis of debtors, assigning reasons of outstanding beyond 90 days and action plan to bring it under control or resolving disputes if any.

Desired Profile :

The incumbent will be in his late 20s or early 30s, B.Com. with at least 5 years relevant experience in a company of repute and equivalent business turn-over. He must have handled similar job of credit control and debtor management using any Accounting Software. The candidate must possess hands-on skill in MS Office Tools to be used in day-to-day operations and must have reasonably good speed in using computers.
