Job Description :

As high end accounts professionals the associates will be responsible for assisting customers with their accounting related queries. They will be responsible for troubleshooting the technical problems of the customers, answer their inquiries on the product related issues, educate the customers by providing product and service literature upon request and above all research and resolve customer queries.

Desired Profile :

Minimum 2 years of Experience on Hard Core Accounting. Minimum 6-months customer service experience (BPO environment preferred). Basic understanding of the securities industry including, equity and option trading. Computer literacy including, familiarity with online services; PC skills (familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment: Word and Excel, Lotus and cc:Mail). Excellent Communication Skill in English (Verbal and Written) Willingness to work in flexible shift timings, including night shifts. Preferable Skillsets : Knowledge OR Experience on Mutual Funds / Stock Broking / Banking Products (Loan and Credit card excluded) / Derivatives / Securities / Futures and Options. Knowledge on US GAAP / Stock Option Valuation / Black and Scholes / Binomial Model.
