Regulatory Advisory, Develop relevant and suitable training programmes, Migration of Projects-Provide assistance on transitions and LOB Compliance in relation to projects being moved into the GKN-GRC, Regulatory Relationships-In conjunction with applicable functional Managers, liaise with local regulators, In coordination with Legal, review and assist execution of various standard and non-standard documentation, Develop templates and coordinate input from impacted functions for ensuring regular review and assessment of whether the local regulatory and LOB Compliance requirements are being met

Desired Profile :

Could be from the Compliance department of a MNC Investment Bank, Financial Services firm Could be from a law firm or legal department of a MNC financial services firm or Consultancy having exposure to cross-border issues and interaction with offshore clients Could be an internal candidate with a strong legal/compliance background. Min 2-5yrs experience in relevant compliance related matters
