Main Resposibilities: Architectural Marketing, Sales, Client Dealing, Cost Estimations, Proposals, Account Handling, Marketing/Sales Functiond and Client Relations. Detailed Job profile includes: 1. Selling Architectural Design and Cad Services (Drafting, conversion, detailing and Designing). 2. Work involves Generating Clients in the Architectural 3. Calling up and speaking to Potential Clients - International and selling our Services. 4. Keeping up with Existing Clients / Architects/ Builders 5. Assesing the Work, thru the variuos phases of construction and figuring out Timelines and Scope. 6. Quality check and top level Project Management. Understanding the requirements the design changes from International Architects and Interacting with BluEnts architects in Delhi to explain them the project. 7. Generating Leads via emails and calls (International) Must have : Good Communication skills as work is mostly selling to US clients on the phone .Architectural Knowledge and Architectural Experience in latest CAD software. MBA''s will have an added advantage

Desired Profile :

An Architect who is willing to Interact with our International Clients (Architects) to generate more work and look after Marketing/Sales and Client Relations . Must be an Architect knowing or willing to learn international Architectural, Building and construction techniques. Technical Background in latest CAD softwares Candidate must be an architect.
