Job description You will initially become familiar with the existing Change and Configuration processes and procedures and will be working closely with All India Service Manager - Operation Bridge in order to support the Change and Configuration Management elements, processes, procedures, and methods at Client place . You will also work closely with Account Delivery Manager in Contracts Validation, New Services Administration, SLA/OLA Management/ Vendor Management. Specific responsibilities: Configuration Management for all client locations and all areas of operation � IMAC process for assets, Asset audit and Sign-off with client units, Validation with client ISD commercial, Data reporting to client Internal and external vendor management for SLA/OLA compliance/ mapping Change process definition and implementation. Workflow definition for above areas and implementation. Added advantage: � OV SD tool and associated tool day-to-day support management, enhancements, up gradation etc.

Desired Profile :

Qualification: Chartered accountant or cost accountant with experience in Asset management and good appreciation of Information Technology. BE, BTech in IT with experience in Asset management and related accounting / finance appreciation. Exp Range : 5-8 Years Core Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent customer facing skills. Team working. Creative and energetic in handling various issues.
