Our client is a leading player in the global telecom market. Our client specializes in the research and development, production, sales and marketing of telecoms equipment, providing innovative, customized equipment, service and solution in different telecom fields. APPLICANTS MUST BE B.E IN ELECTRONICS (THE CLIENT DOES NOT ACCEPT DIPLOMA HOLDERS) AND WORKING IN A TELECOM COMPANY Main Responsibilities: � Leading a bidding team to produce customized proposal within a given schedule. � Coordinating and organizing multi-disciplinary bid teams comprising of technical, commercial, engineering and outsourcing personnel. � Planning and managing the bid activities, resources and bid risks. � Analyzing and managing issues, risks, changes and dependencies during the bid. Requirements: � Possess at least a Bachelor''s degree in the Telecommunications or related field of studies. � Minimum 2 years of related experience in the Telecommunications or IT sector. � Exposure on Turnkey Projects like Civil work or OSP is preferable. � Strong coordination and organizational skills. � Good Commercial feeling with business awareness and customer understanding. � Previous track record of successfully leading bid teams is a highly advantageous. � Good interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to write memos and reports and to present subjects on different matters. � Aptitude to self-learning.
