Here are the complete formal specs of these positions: Overall IT experience above 3 years for developers, above 6 years for PLs and above 8 years for PMs��..but not more than 11-12 years in any case�.. Minimum ONE YEAR strong experience on BIZTALK (for developers) and more than that for PLs and PMs who also need to have good soft skills. If you ALSO have EDI/ Gentran/ SAP IDOC recent experience then you are a sure shot�..XML, XSL, SOAP are also valuable pluses These are full time employment positions with my client, which is one of India�s top 5 IT Consulting companies. My client has been rated as one of the top 10 employers in India by a recent Hewitt survey. BE/ BTech/ MTech/ ME/ MCA/ MSc educational qualifications are preferred. Naturally you have to be willing to be based at HYDERABAD
