We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to increase revenue, market share and profitability within product space. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing business plans in support of achieving product line objectives. You will work directly with sales, marketing, channel partners and customers to expand our presence in the market. Responsibilities � Manage all related strategic activities within the assigned territory - develop and implement business plans to achieve key revenue, share and profit goals. This includes preparing budgets, quotes and analysing costs of custom products. � Promote BizGo products and solutions throughout the assigned territory, including but not limited to product seminars, sales and distribution training, and customer presentations. Assist in product releases and development of marketing collateral as required. � Identify all product applications and opportunities that BizGo has to offer in the assigned territory. Conduct opportunity assessment to identify the most promising programmes and ensure optimal return on resources. Build a pipeline of programmes and capitalise on opportunities to ensure revenue and profit growth. � Keep the business unit informed of trends, opportunities and needs within the assigned territory and relevant markets. Research and analyse competitive position, market trends and technological needs of the assigned territory. � Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote new and existing products. Coordinate with other areas of the organisation to provide technical, operational and service support. � Identify new product opportunities and support the development of these products. � Maintain a high level of product, industry and market knowledge. � Prepare reports and track the progress of performance goals, forecast business demand, identify new opportunities and implement programmes. Desired Profile :

� Bachelor�s degree, preferably in Accounting, Marketing or a business-related discipline � 7+ year�s sales/marketing/business development experience in SaaS software product (experience in SME Accounting product would be an advantage) � Understand basic accounting principles � Strong leadership and communication skills � Bachelor�s degree, preferably in Accounting, Marketing or a business-related discipline � 7+ year�s sales/marketing/business development experience in SaaS software product (experience in SME Accounting product would be an advantage) � Understand basic accounting principles � Strong leadership and communication skills � Bilingual in English and Hindi � Excellent organisational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritise and self-monitor workload � Able to convey business and technical details to a broad range of audience � Strong team work and interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external parties � Self-motivated and goal oriented � Knowledge or experience with competitive products would be a bonus (SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Tally, QuickBooks Online, Zoho, etc.) � Familiar with SaaS infrastructure, SLAs, pricing and contracts � Willing to travel � Excellent organisational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritise and self-monitor workload � Able to convey business and technical details to a broad range of audience � Strong team work and interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external parties � Self-motivated and goal oriented � Knowledge or experience with competitive products would be a bonus (SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Tally, QuickBooks Online, Zoho, etc.) � Familiar with SaaS infrastructure, SLAs, pricing and contracts � Willing to travel
