Position Title: Business/Systems Analyst ? Software Industry Experience 2-6 years Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) Position Type: Full time Education: MBA preferred: Not a constraint for excellent work experience. Job Description: ? Collect, understand and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans/cases ? Assist the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a System Functionality document ? Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled Candidate Profile: ? Worked as Business Analyst in a IT company, using structured Analysis Tools and approach (like UML, use cases) ? Ability to communicate ideas, issues and solutions clearly to both business and technology professionals ?
