Identify client needs and suggest suitable insurance products of different Insurers.
Give Joint call support to all RMs.
Gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete documentation.
Accountable for Business Targets in sync with the mapped branches Insurance Target.
Customer Relationship Management.
Impart Product training to sales team in the branches mapped to him.
Take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process.
Responsible for Compliance as per IRDA Act.
