Overview: We are looking for an experienced team/candidate to perform business to business(b2b) operations for our funded startup company in healthcare industry. Job description: BtoB, Business(our healthcare company) to business(other healthcare companies) communication. Gather information of hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies, corporate units, government agencies and other healthcare related businesses. Understanding services offered by the company and efficiently promote it. Developing a high performance team/network as and when required. Making short term and long term goals for business development of the company. Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes. Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors. Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies. Participates actively in health camps, health talks & community outreach programs.� Participates in regular Performance Review and meetings. Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.Desired Profile :
Desired Candidate Profile: Must be from healthcare background. Should have good communication & marketing skills. Goal achievers & positive thinker. Experience in handling a team of sales and marketing is a plus. Should be open for travelling. Should have good leadership qualities.
