Responsible for : Develop and execute IT business with close interaction with National Business Head in Bangalore Business development and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets Acquire new clients by Conducting research on the local market to identify potential business opportunities and establishing personal contact with them. Making presentations to the prospective clients as a part of sales pitch. Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms and conditions of service with the clients in conjunction with the national business head. Ensure delivery of business targets and effective account management by developing a suitable plan for work allocation among team based on their capability, experience and complexity of work, ensuring that team members are evenly loaded. Manage outstanding by ensuring timely collections Team Management

Desired Profile :

Engineering and Postgraduate in Business Management in any discipline. Managed teams of at least 8-10 people Managed sales targets Preferably should have done delivery/execution of transaction himself /herself. Handled recruitment business for a IT recruiting / IT staffing company; or Professional services in a IT services company At least 8 years of experience in handling IT sales and marketing and operations. Experience in IT recruitment/staffing industry will be an added advantage. Demonstrate a proven track record in managing profit centres with strong leadership, networking capability, customer service skills and effective team management skills.
