The Business Tester will perform three key roles: Working with the Product Management team in the early stages of a project to help define the user stories from the requirements (essentially QA''ing the User Stories). Supporting the QA Engineers to ensure each Test Case is aligned with the end user / business requirement, Build a library of automated tests that follow the "critical path" business use of our product. Once the Business Tester has succeeded in forfilling the key role above, he/she will move onto managing and owning the Business Acceptance Testing process for every release.Desired Profile :
2-3 years background in Business Analysis in Web environments. Proven communication, conflict resolution and management skills. No experience in QA necessaryExperience Required :
