BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for efficient supply chain management and processes with sales/order fulfillment/project team members, suppliers, freight forwarding companies, relevant government authorities and warehouse operator, after firm orders are placed with the suppliers, to ensure on time complete delivery to site and timely completion of projects. The supply chain will end with timely and accurate invoicing to the clients and ensuring prompt settlement of receivables. Also responsible for managing some commercial function including settlement of payments to Haworth affiliates and vendors, cash flow management, management reports on weekly and monthly basis etc for the dealership to ensure cost effectiveness are maximized. In addition, he/she should also act as the business partner to the business leader by providing timely and relevant management information to steer business decisions and help improve our overall business performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains minimum standard of quality control on all supplies from Haworth affiliates and local vendors
Track suppliers� committed date of delivery of orders and ensure on time complete delivery to meet order/project dateline
Manages the commercial and logistics processes to ensure business operation effectiveness and cost efficiency is maximized.
Work with the freight forwarding operators to ensure goods are cleared from the seaport promptly
Co-ordinate with warehouse operator in the efficient management of inventory and issuance of goods to sites
Work with local trucking operator to maximize the most efficient distribution of goods to meet project demand
Co-ordinate with project team to ensure invoicing for completed projects is timely issued
Directly manages an effective credit control process and continually drives down our accounts receivable.
Prepares accurate and complete export documentation including but not limited to:
Commercial Invoice
Shippers Export Declaration Certificate of Origin
Shippers Letter of Instruction Marine Insurance Certificate
Master Bill of Lading
Packing List
Others as required...
Manages our working capital, cash flow, FX risks and related treasury activities.
Verify and match all suppliers� invoices for timely accounting of cost of sales and enable the preparation of accurate financial and management accounting information, ensuring compliance with local and US corporate reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to tight time schedules.
Provides leadership to Administrative Executive and QA Executive in enhancing the level of customer satisfaction expected of the clients and in line with Haworth culture
Supervise the preparation of weekly Order-Shipment-Backlog Report to Corporate and monthly management reports, such as shipment forecast etc., and any other reports as and when assigned
Critically reviews the monthly financial statements and prepares management information to help the management team improve profitability and reduce costs
Develop and implement policies and procedures that significantly improves internal control and safeguard company assets.
Check the accuracy of all bills as per Payment Requisitions before they are presented for payments.
Supports in sending all the required documents to V Source as per the calender.
RELATIONSHIPS
A. Internal Customers - Frequent contact with organization managers and operations locally as well as regionally.
B. External Contact - Frequent contact with suppliers, Haworth customers and banks.
Desired Profile :
Bachelor�s degree in logistics or business or finance. Minimum of five years financial experience in a trading and manufacturing environment with a multinational.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient team leadership skills.
Highly organized with well-developed analytical skills and commercial judgement.
High proficiency in IT skills, especially with spreadsheet applications (macro level) and databases.

BASIC FUNCTION
Supervises installation team on customer sites assigned by the Project Manager.
Receives, stages, and installs Haworth office furniture at customer sites and showrooms following proper product installation and disposition procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Trains and directs the work of Haworth installers and contract installers and general workers.
Stages, installs, and reconfigures product at customer installation sites.
Maintains current knowledge of all Haworth products and components installed within the local market.
Moves, pushes, and pulls loaded furniture carts from warehouse to job site. Lifts and moves various furniture from office to office.
Prepares reports on quality, safety, and installation problems.
Provides designers with facility measurements and checks layout drawings against architectural prints.
Assists with pre-installation inventory on job set-ups.
Inspects Haworth offices to assure showroom-ready conditions per standard operating procedures; performs repair and maintenance as necessary.
Provides designers with product shortage list prior to final inspection.
Coordinates facilities warehouse and computerized inventory, utilizing PC/CRT and keyboard. Operates material handler to pull product for work orders. Delivers product to and from job site.
Refurbishes panels and components. Lifts and move panels and components.
Loads/unloads variety of furniture from trailers.
May conduct installation demonstrations for new Haworth members, designers, and engineers to educate them on product features and uses.
Conducts and assists with mockups and sales presentations. Shows potential end users how products are installed; explains technical aspects and benefits of product.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with Haworth personnel at all levels regarding office installations and to conduct training and demonstrations.
External Contacts - Regular contact with customers, designers, and contract installers.
