Position : CIO Primary responsible for: Strategic Planning / Infrastructure Management: Actively involved in strategically planning and managing the development of testing environments and infrastructure for supporting Production, Testing and Building Product lines. Accountable for complete development of external and internal infrastructure environments Operations Management / Resource Management: Efficiently manage the complete operations and functioning of the resources for Server Engineering, Network Engineering and Database Engineering Teams Communications Management: Ensure 24 x 7 connectivity between all the business locations across geographies and worldwide Global support centers through effective planning, commissioning and maintaining high end networks for voice and data. Review / Analysis: Actively participate as Project Management Office representative for onsite representation of operations review, knowledge acquisition and technical discussions etc. Process Management / Implementation: Instrumental in implementing processes to coorditae and ensure quality management, configuration management, release management and issue management Project Management / Time Management: Successfully prioritize tasks into version release and project environments among Database Support Teams, Application Configuration and Services Engineers, Security and Access on Remote Network Resources, Inter Connectivity and Configuration of LAN / WAN for local and remote business locations, Information Systems Group, Data Center Management, Development Server Infrastructure (DSI team) from Desktop Servers to Mid Range Systems. Reassign tasks to the team members thereby ensuring that the project is completed within the scheduled deadline and the final outcome of the project interlinks smoothly to create and meet the overall infrastructure solution / business capability enhancement. Successfully plan, develop and implement a global MIS process and monitor the process in line with the expectation of the Management.
