Job Description :

The overall purpose of the job is formulating the Finance policies and ensuring that the same are implemented as per the guidelines. To monitor and supervise all day to day functions related to finance and accounts of the group. Strategies: Implementing the finance strategy and contributing towards the corporate planning activity of the group. Analyzing the performance of the organization periodically with respect to the financial performance metrics Identify long term issues that may impact the groupand#146;s performance on itand#146;s financial position. Ensuring creditors, debtors control and all other related accounting activities as per timelines. Fund Management / Working Capital Management and#150; Ensure implementation of efficient finance and accounting policies and processes for smooth and efficient internal working of the financial and accounting systems of the group. Financial Compliance and Operational Matters- Supervise tax related matters, Statutory and tax reporting and compliance to contractual and regulatory obligations (RBI, Registrar of companies etc), Establishing systems and creating a culture for controlling costs as per budgetary requirements. Budgetary Control and Annual Budget setting, Ensure summarization of audit reports and timely processing of all financial related documents. People development -: Motivate and guide his Team to achieve objectives.

Desired Profile :

Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) Work experience in a large manufacturing Industry
