Responsibilities : Manage a team of applications engineers supporting DSP and Embedded processor families. The applications team is responsible for providing technical support (HW and SW) to customer?s world wide and contributing to the development of new processor products. The manager contributes to and is responsible the quality and timliness of technical support activities. The manager coordinates new product development activities (silicon debug, collateral development, etc.) with counterparts in Norwood MA. The manager is responsible for career development of the team members. The manager will be a key member of the applications management team and contribute to the overall strategy of the team.Desired Profile :
Knowledge and Skills : BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering. 10+ years experience with embedded systems using DSP and/or microcontrollers (C and asm programming and processor/board level HW debug). 5 years experience with developing and managing an engineering team.
