My client is currently looking for Delivery Manager(Peoplesoft) for their offshore IT operations at Pune and Hyderabad. My client is the offshore center of the flagship operations of a NASDAQ listed U.S. based company and has a turnover of more than Rs 600 crores (of its Indian operations). It has been featured in the 20 most influential outsourcing firms in the U.S. and overseas, according to the "Information week". As a Delivery Manager he/she should have knowledge of following activities: 1. Good functional and Technical knowledge of Peoplesoft HR. 2. Sound project management skills. 3. Should have handled a team size of 100+ associates in the past 4. Sound process management skills. Should have experience on working using CMM 5 and ISO standards. 5. Good knowledge of Business Development activities 6. Exposure to SDLC, Maintenance, Production support and Testing engagements. 7. Functional knowledge of Peoplesoft HR and Financial. Experience on Application Engine, People Tools and SQR necessary. 8. Project delivery as per clients requirements and company goals and objectives 9. Business Development support 10. Mentor next level for associates 11. Project scoping, sizing. 12. Tracking and meeting Business Unit (BU) and Account goals and revenue targets 13. BU planning and bugdet activities 14. Trainings and workshops for the BU 15. Timely status report and escalation of issues 16. Career Management and appraisal of associates in the team 17. Participate at account and organization level initiatives Experience: 10+ years Job Location: Hyderabad Good Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills are naturally also a pre-requisite.
