My client is currently looking for Delivery Managers for their offshore IT operations at Pune and Hyderabad. My client is the offshore center of the flagship operations of a NASDAQ listed U.S. based company and has a turnover of more than Rs 600 crores (of its Indian operations). It has been featured in the 20 most influential outsourcing firms in the U.S. and overseas, according to the "Information week". Job Location: Hyderabad, Pune Delivery Manager - Mainframes Number of years experience: 8 to 12 years Requirement: Must have worked in mainframe based technology as a programmer, project lead Hands on technical experience on the Good knowledge of COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2 and CICS Hands on experience in IBM Mainframe Technology In last 4 years, at-least 2 years must have managed multiple project with at-least 50 member team Nice to have 3-4 years of credit card industry experience. Preferably recent experience. Must have experience in banking or financial services Preferably have been a long term player and must not have any constraints to work in the location Good communication / leadership skill Excellent Client Facing skills Ability to mentor younger team members and review their codes Good Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills are naturally also a pre-requisite.
