Coordination with all HODS on behalf of MD. Collecting, compilation and analysis of Data from various deptt. Interaction with guest and customers. Arranging his daily schedule, hotel bookings and travel arrangements. Arranging meetings of MD with clients, suppliers etc. Responding the incoming phone calls, correspondence of MD. PR on behalf of MD office. Attending meeting and seminars with and on behalf of MD. Preparing presentations and also handling them in front of senior persons in the meetings and seminars. To build the image of the company and MD in the industry. To build the external professional network for MD. Pressure taking ability . Desired Profile CANDIDATES IN and AROUND GURGAON PREFFERED. NO PICK and DROP. Graduate/Post Graduate preferably English Candidate Must be below 25-30 yrs. of age. Very pleasing personality. Knowledge of shorthand preferably(not mandatory). Excellent in written and spoken English and Hindi. Can act as PR on behalf of MD office. Can do image building and brand promotion
