Identify most appropriate method of recruitment for each vacancy �
Sourcing and Shortlisting
Identify most effective methods of sourcing
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the clients
Coordinate with clients and candidates
Conduct pre employment tests (where appropriate)
Take personal rounds of interview
One point contact for theed candidates
Monitor recruitment paperwork ensuring it is securely stored and up to date
Coordinate joining formalities for the new joinees

Good communication skills.
