Job Description :
We are a leading executive search firm focussing on searches for CEO and CXO candidates for large MNC and Indian companies. The Bombay office is well appointed and consists of a dozen professionals and three assistants and two office support. Umalina is the assistant to the CEO and is going on maternity leave, and we are seeking a short term replacement to fill her capable shoes!
Responsibilities:
Work with the CEO to enable her to perform her job effectively. This includes
- managing her appointments, calls, correspondence and follow ups
- following up with clients and senior candidates
- domestic and international airline and hotel bookings and travel arrangements
- preparation of client presentations and reports
- managing invoicing and payments, in conjunction with accounts team
- organising conferences and board meetings
- corordinating internal MIS with consultants
- personnell and HR related issues
- managing her correspondence, accounting, bills etc
The Person
Ideally a Graduate / Secretarial Diploma with good communication skills and a positive attitude. He / she must be organised and confident and be able to maintain manage confidentiality. Good knowledge of using Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Email (Outlook) / Internet.
