Counselling, Supporting, Coaching and Mentoring of Fellows in their skill & Capacity building through de-briefs, problem solving, Issue Resolution, documentation and workshops for enriching their fellowship deliverables.Desired Profile :
To recognise & predict behaviour patterns in fellows and issue recommendations to the Program Leader on Fellow cases. Maintain Focus on Fellowship. Orienting the Fellow and Program Leader on data and designs received from central teams. To act as key implementer in Change management process for the Gandhi Fellow. Support the Program Leader in ensuring Fellows growth & help the Program leader focus on Student Learning Outcomes (SLO). Monitor, collect & Analyse Data with reference to Fellowship processes. Facilitate Fellowship processes like PRAP, etc and workshops received from central design team and efficiently implement the same with the Fellows allotted. To critically examine the Gandhi Fellowship Processes and find solutions to the shortcomings as per locational needs. To ensure operational excellence by designing, analysing and intervening where necessary to ensure efficiency in the Implementation of Gandhi fellowship.Experience Required :
