In charge of maintaining and finalization of Corporate Accounting records and Supervising Accounting at Locations and of subsidiary companies Ensure time schedules, accuracy of accounting and legal compliances as per applicable accounting standards and legal provisions Finalize Monthly and Quarterly Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for Management Review and to meet Statutory requirements. Ensure there are no adverse comments from internal and statutory audit.

Desired Profile :

Prepare CMA data for Working Capital and ensure timely submission of information to Banks. Prepare Cash Flow Statement Prepare Projected Cash Flow Statement. Ensure timely payments to employees/creditors/branches and all statutory payments. Upto date Accounting and Reconciliation of creditors/debtors/banks/inter-company branch accounts and supervision of payments as per agreed commercial terms

In 1982 the Company was incorporated as Dura Coaters Pvt. Ltd. with the business of Surface Enhancement of Tools by Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) using Titanium and the coating being Titanium Nitride. The Technology was imported from Multi-Arc Scientific Coatings US. In 1986, the Company was promoted as Multi-Arc India Pvt. Ltd. with a joint venture of Multi-Arc, a Division of Andal Corporation USA With the Company�s on-going policy of continuous expansion the Company has started another coating centre in Chennai in 1991 and in Pune in 1993 and provides multiple types of advanced coatings In 1994, the Company went Public and the name changed to Multi Arc India Limited. In 1996 the Company has also established a full fledged RandD Centre at Pune which is engaged in new development in the field of Surface Engineering and Vacuum processing, which has been approved by Development of Science and Technology. The Company has also developed for the first time in the family of Multi-Arc, a new process for horological industry which widens the Company�s scope from traditional cutting tools to decorative segments. The Gold coating done by the Company�s process lasts longer in comparison with the conventional Gold plating. The coating lasts for 6-8 times longer with better results. The cost of coating also works out lower by 50%. The process is used for decorative application on consumer products, such as, watch straps, watch cases, imitation jewellery, writing instruments, sanitary fittings, cutleries, spectacle frames, etc. The Company has also supplied Technical know-how for decorative coating to Singapore. A plant for Ion Nitriding was also commissioned in 1997 at Pune. In the year 2005 Multi-Arc hivied off two Tool Coating centers (Pune and Chennai) to ICPL (Ion Bond Coatings Private Limited). Currently, the company has signed Joint Venture with UCT Inc. and Joint Research Program with IISC Bangalore. Multi �Arc is a 30 Crores and it employs around 250 employees with plant at Umbergoan and Head Office at Mumbai. The Company�s clientage is spread across all over India and some of these are Titan, HMT and Timex. The Company plans to expand at strategic locations like Hosur and Baddi.
