The Graduate Program Manager will be responsible for operating a Graduate Development Program within the Company and ensuring the program is aligned to the business direction of the Company and its customers/clients The responsibilities include Managing all aspects of delivery of learning and development solutions to support graduate development Lead delivery team of training specialists and training coordinators Consult with Leaders, Human Resources, Best Shore team to stay abreast of workforce demand signals Partner with Human Resources to interface with universities, colleges, and other training institutions to source high quality graduates Contribute to curriculum development initiatives for graduate development initiatives Recommend training and non-training interventions that address performance issues

Desired Profile :

The ideal candidate should have experience operating a Training Program in a corporate environment. He/She should also have Strong interpersonal skills Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Excellent people management skills Relevant training experience and knowledge Ability to connect with diverse groups of people Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Have excellent experience in MS Office and other standard software
