Job Description :

Graphic Designer/ Web designer should be a graduate in Commerce, Arts or Science. Experienced in 2D / 3D art,Flash, Action Scripting and design work. Free hand artist are preferred for senior level designers. Should have experience in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere / After Effects / PageMaker. Should have high level of creativity with sound knowledge on software design. Ability to quickly grasp an idea and come out with an innovative design is a must. Has the ability to interact with the team and Client. Prior exposure to products / projects development in e-learning, WBT, CBT.

Desired Profile :

� Coordinate with IDs and scriptwriter in receiving the final scripts. � Creates screen layouts. � Create specific interface items such as buttons, windows, and menus � Include specific graphics and animations necessary to the program. � Design illustrations and cartoons, simple flow diagrams, manipulated stock photography, and images. � When images and simulations are desired include 2D / 3D images. � Highly creative with an understanding of the intended audience, client culture, and learning preferences. � Understanding of human computer factors and interface design. � Adapt to a dynamic set of standards and tools. Key Responsibility Areas: � Coordination with inter and intra team. � Innovative and creative to match the requirements of the audience and client. � Bring out quality and timely delivery as specified. � Updated regularly on the technology improvements for its effective utilization.
