The overall purpose of the job is formulating the legal policies and ensuring that the same are implemented as per the guidelines, execution of Legal cases and ensure compliance to all excise and trade related matters. Legal Policy ralated Matters -: Guide the Legal policy formulation for the entire group, protects the group''s interests in Legal/ policy discussions through liasioning with govt. / regulatory bodies. Legal Operations : Deal with legal matters regularly, provide legal opinion on all matters arising out of day to day operations, co-ordinate and meet advocates on legal opinions and critical cases, review pending cases. Excise and Customs related -: Ensure periodic and timely excise and Sales tax assessments and issue of varioous forms.Ensure compliance of excise rules as per act and manual.Desired Profile :
Law Graduate from reputed univ./ Institute specialising in Business laws/ civil cases or Comp0any Secretary.Experience Required :
