The position will be responsible for the entire chain of operations(including production) of all units(multiple units). Client Servicing will be the key ratio, which will be defined through various deliverables. Other responsibilities would include implementation of state of the art systems to maximize production, profitability, driving the implementation of key HR policies, maximizing cost savings through new initiatives, driving new expansion projects etc.Desired Profile :
Graduate, preferably an MBA with good exposure to production and operations of woven garment units. Should have managed large operations and have the ability to manage senior management people.Experience Required :
