Responsibilities: Development of commercial master plan, define real estate mix as well as commercial, constructional and architectural guidelines Develop a revenue based business plan Define a marketing strategy for the airport city Promotion and presentation of master plan to investors and operators Set up strategy for disposal of land to developers. Negotiation of land leases or other contract models.

Desired Profile :

Candidate Profile: Age: between 35 and 50 years Educational qualifications: Business Administration / Architecture / Urban planning Marketing and Law as an additional asset Minimum 8 yrs of relevant work experience in developing real estate. Required professional experience: knowledge and network of real estate investors and real estate developers understanding of urban development. Commercial understanding Experience in interaction with local planning authorities. Ability to attract developers on a one to one basis Knowledge of real estate transactions. Knowledge of real estate law and general contract practices Experience in real estate development projects Required personal skills visionary and promotional skills negotiation power, flair for legal structures long term perspective be able to assert oneself fluent in English
