Job Description :
Handling promptly telephone /walk-ins with efficiently and accurately.
Tracking the daily open calls, complaints & escalating as per TAT.
To prepare & format all reports for the branch and back office on time and achieve 95% timely signoff.
To process all the CT''s & NCT''s requests received within specified target times.
To ensure that all KYC applications received at branch are processed accurately and within the Cut-off''s so that CT''s don''t get rejected.
Desired Profile :
Ensure 100% reconciliation of log book and any discrepancies relating to the same are being sorted out on the same day.
Be sensitive to internal and external customer needs by anticipates client needs, Improve processes , support client focus, prioritize clients needs addressing issues with greatest impact.
Reduce cost of dispatching brokerage payments by converting to NEFT/RTGS.
Ensure NIL findings in the Audit reports.
Attending department meetings.
