Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for Full life cycle of Recruitment Process Understanding the client''s needs and processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame Headhunting Sourcing suitable candidates from various mediums Screening and short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement Interviewing candidates (personal and telephonic) to assess their skills Co-ordination with clients for post and pre interviews. Documentation of the hiring and placement process through Database Management

Desired Profile :

Play the role of a I.T. Recruiter for the team recruiting for domestic/ US clients. Good understanding of the recruitment process. Good understanding of the prevailing technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement independently. Responsible for sourcing candidates and creating a candidate pool of qualified resumes using all avenues to seek the right candidates. Effectively discuss technologies with the candidate and identify the right position for the candidates profile. Excellent planning / implementation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-task and prioritize effectively.
