Job Description :

Support the operations manager in maintaining technology based solutions and service offerings. Supervise the RTS and business support by managing the support team in day to day operations. Manage the various enhancements to the existing applications by participating and supervising in the requirement gathering, design, development, testing and moving the same to production. Manage the hand-off procedures, prepare transition plans for transitioning of application from application development to Application support. Manage controllership processes including: Change Mgt, Configuration Mgt, Root Cause Analysis, Asset Mgt, Communication and Escalation procedures. Develop metrics on the case issues, expand upon existing incident management process while use the same for improving the process. Vendor management and the. Qualifications/Requirements: BE/BTECH/MCA/MS IT BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or Business Management. 5 years IT experience with strong development background in any information management technologies and exposure to application support. Experience working with customers across organizational and functional areas and have the ability to lead and execute through virtual teams including offshore resources. Ability to manage vendors to work in a highly matrixes organization. Good communication and multi-tasking talents Self-directed and motivated and able to initiate and pursue things which are critical. Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies
