Job Description :

� Responsible for handling the full life cycle of software consulting services (posting jobs, identifying talents / resumes, searching the database, asking for referrals, evaluating candidates for positions, negotiating rates, setting up interviews and closing the candidates). � Developing and maintaining quality relationships with software Vendors / Clients and Consultants. Maintain database keeping accurate (up-to-date) by continually adding new contact information. � Identify suitable candidates quickly across various technologies, evaluate skills and experience, screening candidates, negotiate rates, Interact with Vendors / clients to coordinate interview schedules and complete relevant documentation. Conduct post-interview sessions with candidates for necessary feedback and closings � Business Development by cold calling, promoting the staffing services and establishing a brand name in IT Consulting Services. � Must achieve targets and deadlines Working Hours 5 Days a week Day Shift: 10AM to 7PM � Indian Standard Time Night Shift: 7PM to 5AM � Indian Standard Time

Desired Profile :

Graduates with Minimum 1 year of recruiting / consulting experience across various technologies are required. � Must have excellent English communication (Written and oral), negotiation and presentation skills. Good e-mail writing and internet searching skills � Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting (identify resumes, screen potential candidates, develop new clients, setting up interviews and ensure client / candidate satisfaction). Should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks, and communicate well over the phone. � Should be able to create relationship with existing clients and create new clients. � Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time. � Must be an independent worker with a strong commitment to getting the job done � Ability to achieve targets and deadlines
