• Must be Self Motivated, Confident ,Go-getter, and a Team Player • Support the Institution’s business objectives • Successfully generating the leads and overseeing marketing lead generation • Administering Various Marketing channel, and work with channel Partners to generate more leads • Following up new Tie-up opportunities and setting up meetings, arranging seminars, and various events to reach more students • Managing the Marketing team, and analyzing the Performance of the team to meet the expectations • Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

Desired Profile :

• Candidate should be 12th pass. Graduate degree is preferred. • Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales development, is required. • Experience with Educational sector , Consultancy, associated with Students business. • Should be a good in communication. • Job is for a well reputed Institution in Kolkata
