SENIOR DEVELOPERS Job Description: -Candidates should have minimum 4 years of experience upto 5.5 yrs only, including development experience in JAVA, J2EE, OLAP, WebLogic / JBoss, JDBC. -Should be hands on in EJB,JSP, Servlets, Struts and application servers. Responsibilities: Creating detailed designs for web-application modules along with implementing and coding those designs. Work with TL to come up with detailed estimates Assist TL with detailed design Translate detailed design to code as per coding guidelines Perform functional code reviews Perform integration and unit tests Resolve technical issues, if required do necessary RandD Report work status to TL
