Roles and Responsibilities : You will need to ensure and adhere to organizational quality norms. Need to provide regular status updates to his manager. Needs to be a team player and manage his team and their activities. You will help to gather business requirements, Architect the solution and Design the Implementation strategy for our client. Prepare technical design / specifications, create prototypes. Foresee performance bottlenecks and proactively escalate the same to the Product Manager. You will provide technical / user documentation to the client. Interact daily with onsite co-ordinator and weekly with the client. Adhere to the client or project specific quality and documentation standards as part of project execution. Skills and Job Requirements : You should have knowledge of EAI Solutions. 2-6 years of experience on J2EE skills and Application Server knowledge, C++ and XML will be a plus. Should have worked on B2C / B2B web portals / Application Servers projects. Aware of SDLC and working knowledge of Unix, NT and Solaris. Excellent problem solving and networking skills. Familiar with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Exposure and appreciation to software engineering methodologies. Aptitude for documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks and report status periodically in a formal way. Creativity, innovation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems.
