For these positions the �Relevant� experience band desired is 5-12 years. The Ideal Candidate is expected to have sound expertise in architecting solutions in J2EE. Good Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills are naturally also a pre-requisite. The tech specs are as follows: J2EE Technical Architects � Solid experience in designing systems in Java and J2EE, deep and extensive expertise in 2-tier, 3-tier and n-tier applications, and sound UML knowledge � Minimum of 5 plus years of J2EE experience with at least 2 years in a similar role, up to a maximum of 12 years For all these positions the locations available are Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai. (The client would prefer to base you at Bangalore but if you are sticky about being at Hyderabad or Chennai then that will be accommodated).
