Be a Brand Ambassador for ISO 9001 Implementation � 100% of the auditable process@ Mumbai to be audited at least once in 6 months as pre Departmental Procedures and Internal Audit Procedures.� Track Audit Hours for each Auditor per month and present in Quality Updates Meeting.� Quarterly Audit Calendar (Tentative resource planning) with backup is available.� Assist during Surveillance Audits of other sites for ES vertical.� Keep updated contact details of the processes and auditees through the respective SPOC/MBB.� Assist VP in new site certification.� Liaise with certification bodies, including effective communication, follow up and payment of invoices.� FMEA for audit Process to be reviewed as per procedure and kept live.� Participate and provide inputs to AMS redesign and Quality control of Internal Auditors and analysis.� Intersite audit assistance @each site as per individual KPI.

Desired Profile :

� Preparation of Weekly 4-Blocker by EOD Friday or EOD last Working Day of the week.� Preparation of Fortnightly updates to be sent by the last working day of the end of fortnight 15th or 30th/31st to the MR.� Preparation of MIS by the 5th Working day of the month to the Quality Coordinator/MIS Executive.� Preparation of Consolidated (Site Wise) Management report on pending NC�s by third working day to the MR. � Preparation of Quality updates meeting presentations 3 days prior to quality updates meeting date� Preparation of Management report on pending NC�s by 3rd working days to be validated by MBB/Compliance head prior to sending it to COO of the vertical� Preparation of Management report on pending NC�s by third working day to the MR.� Make presentation for Quality Update Meeting 3 days prior to the Meetings.� Review and prepare management repot on pending NC�s by 3rd working day to be validated by MBB/Compliance Head prior to be sent to the COO of the vertical.� Preparing Management Report on pending NCs to COO/ Function head by 2nd working day.� Maintain updated contact list of all processes per vertical in updated database including physical location + Extension list ect. Exposed to ISO 9001: 200 Lead Assessor/ Lead Auditor (IRCA Certified)
