Experience with estimation and different estimation technique. Experience with tracking and maintain project/module plans. Experience in handling client interactions. Experience in handling/managing teams - setting expectations, performing follow-up, trouble-shooting, team coordination. Good documentation skills desired. Should be able to wok with minimum amount of direction and supervision. Proven track record of delivering high quality software"

CANDIDATES ONLY FROM MUMBAI and PUNE SHOULD APPLY. Job Profile: Qualification BE, MCS, MCA Skill-set: "Strong working experience with OO technologies, Java, J2EE, SQL (Database Interactions). Working experience with XML. Working experience with Javascript/DHTML/HTML CSS. Experience with Accounting/Financial systems would be an advantage. Experience with ANT would be desired. Experience with tools like JMeter, JUnit would be desired. Experience on Operating systems like Linux / NT. Experience with any processes/methodologies is a must. Knowledge of AGILE methodologies would be beneficial (SCRUM processes). Experience with any configuration management tool like CVS, VSS, PVCS would be desired.
