Job Description :

Responsible for documentation/Drafting of various legal documents i.e.Agreement to sell etc Responsible for preparing title reports for various land and property transactions. Coordination and coalition with the lawyers engaged by the comapny and to follow up and advise on the court cases filed by or against the company. Providing Opinion and advice to the various departments more particularly the marketing department to deal and negotiate on various business deals and providing solutions on the legal aspects.. Participation in various Tender for Purchase of Land/Land owing Companies.

Desired Profile :

Candidate must have 10-20 years of experience in real estates companies only. Computer Knowlegde is must. Should preferably be a lawyer with good revenue matter Experience. Should be well conversant with Delhi Real Estate Laws,Delhi Land Reforms Act,Consolidation Act,Land Acquisition Act, Delhi Land (Restriction on Tranfer Act,1972),DDA Act,MCD Act, Labour Laws, etc. Should be comfortable with the flexible working hours. Should be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Should be the Retired Judge,SDM,Legal Manager from Govt Of India, Public Sector Undertakings,MCD,NDMC Etc. Should be Result oriented and become the asset of the company through their work.
