IN CIVIL WORKING IN A TELECOM COMPANY IN NORTH INDIA � Responsible for all infrstructure acitivites including planning and execution across the UP(W) circle. � Cost analysis of site Infrastructure. � Preparation of project details on MS-Project to forecast job completion date and subsequently tracking project progress report. � Manpower deployment planning for implementation. � Technical site survey and site acquisition. � Raising indents and preparation of site specific documents. � Bills verification and finalization for payments. � Coordination with consultants and vendors. � Vendor development along with commercial team. � Carrying out acceptance test of all the infrastructure elements. � Periodic site inspection to upkeep the sites in better health. � Responsible for quality delivery for all infrastructure elements.
