Primary responsibilities of the job: To Monitor Systems and network performance and Maintain an uptime of 98% To ensure smooth, timely and up-to-date rating and billing To Monitor and ensure adherence to Information Systems Security Policy To ensure Proper and Correct documentation of all IT processes and operation manuals. To implement IT Policy and Operations guidelines laid down by the Mobility Group To Initiate proactive steps to reduce customer complaints on system related issues Carry out application systems audit and performance review and make recommendations for changes as necessary Supervise all Third Party software development contracts for the circle. Secondary Responsibilities of the Job: To Liaise with software, hardware, switching and networking vendors/agencies for system enhancements for future requirements. To Assess training needs of users and IT staff and arrange training To assess and budget Capex and Opex requirements for the IT operations To develop Customer service and business focus amongst IT team To manage the billing system erroneously to ensure maximum revenue from the business� To provide excellent IT supports (both Software and Hardware) to meet the business requirements.Desired Profile :
