Job Description :

Manager / Asst. Manager - "Credit Control " will be affiliated to the Marketing Department, reporting to the General Manager Marketing. Job will involve keeping Sundry Debtors of all the Group Companies under control as per the credit policy and take timely action to maintain the cash flow of the Group Companies. Effective Telephonic / e-mail / fax communication with Dealers and maintaining relationship with them for job performance will be very important part of the job apart from periodic reporting of chronic cases of debtors'' default to Department Head / Director. Needless to mention the incumbent will be expected to initiate remedial actions including raising of Debit Notes, recommending stoppages of supplies etc. against defaulters. The Group involves a multi-company environment i.e. N.R. Agarwal Industries Ltd. Unit - I, N.R. Paper and Boards Ltd. and Suman Papef and Boards Ltd. with a combined turn over of Rs. 20 crores per month with approx. 175 debtors as on date.

Desired Profile :

The incumbent will be in his early 30s, B.Com. with at least 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a company of repute and equivalent business turn-over. He must have handled similar job of credit control and debtor management using any Accounting Software. The candidate must possess pleasing personality, effective communication and inter-personnel skills, hands-on skill in any Accounting Software and MS Office Tools to be used in day-to-day operations and must have reasonably good speed in using computers.
