Compensation and Benefits Management
Performance Management including pay reviews
Corporate communication with colleagues, vendors, clients, consultants, etc
Contribute to corporate decision making
Quarterly manpower planning
Employee relationships
Quarterly head count tracking of contract employees, trainees and permanent employees
Conducting induction/ orientation Programs to new employees
Joining formalities, terms of employment, termination, probation and confirmation etc
Redress employee grievances
Conduct exit interviews and resignation analysis
HRM related metrics collection
Desired Profile :
Minimum of 3+ yrs relevant experience and a total of 5 to 8 yrs experience with high levels of maturity are desired
Has experienced and managed teams in rapidly transforming organizational environments
Exposure to US organizations is preferable
Growth:
The position offers an opportunity to lead organizational transformation. The position would report to the Managing Director of Indian operations. The individual is expected to grow to Senior Management role in a year from joining
