Business Development by cold calling and promoting the staffing services and establishing a brand name in IT Consulting Services in USA. Maintain existing customer base by developing solid relationships with Technical Recruiters/Account Managers of prestigious clients in the US. Understand and stay current on IT Industry/Skills. Source, qualify, recruit, reference check and close highly skilled candidates throughout the United States, utilizing a variety of resources and techniques, including but not limited to cold-calling networking, internet recruiting, employee referrals and outside agencies. Maintain database by keeping accurate, up-to-date records and by continually adding new contact information. Interact with clients on a daily basis to coordinate interview schedules for qualified candidates. Conduct post-interview sessions with candidates for necessary feedback.

Desired Profile :

THIS JOB REQUIRES WORKING IN NIGHT HOURS, 5 DAYS A WEEK WITH WEEKENDS AS OFF. CANDIDATES LOCAL TO CHANDIGARH, PANCHKULA, MOHALI NEED ONLY APPLY. GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST. FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW IS A MUST. SALARY WILL NOT BE A LIMITING FACTOR FOR THE DESERVING CANDIDATE.
