Defend the show cause Notice/Demand notice/Threat for legal action by the Govt. /Statutory authority. Minimize the Litigation and Costs. Compliance Audit. Pre and Post litigation Research and Strategy.Desired Profile :
Providing assistance and support to the Corporate Legal Head in handling major litigations across the country including High Courts and Supreme Court. Drafting/Vetting of replies/representations in response to show cause Notices/Demand Notices/Direction, etc given by various statutory authorities. Carry on with Legal research on various Acts /Rules /Circulars/ Notifications and Judgements on various legal issues. Management of Case files, MIS and update same periodically.Experience Required :
