Job Description :

Plan , organize and manage day to day operations and overall administrative direction Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Manage cross functional teams Provide guidance on hiring, performance appraisals, training, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and disciplinary issues of staff employees. Provide support in the review, evaluation and terminations of employees. Team building and motivation . Implementation of welfare policies. Resource allocation, procurement, maintenance. Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements. Maintains liaison with various city departments on building and safety issues and ensure legal compliance with appropriate regulations and standards

Desired Profile :

He should be MCA/BE with MBA Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience to include a minimum of five years in a managerial role in IT Company Excellent organizational, project management, and corporate relations skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, influence and coach others Solid strategic thinking, analytical, and math skills Expertise in standard operational procedures and Thorough knowledge of human resources, employee benefits, and general office methods, practices, and procedures Ability to manage and coordinate staff. Proven leadership abilities as evidenced by an ability to communicate, develop, and motivate people, enhancing the smooth operation of the organization. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth overall operations of the office.
