Job Description :

Manages, directs and controls the daily operations of the Government Securities function by establishing procedures, setting priorities, controlling work-flow, setting production and quality standards, while ensuring full compliance to all investor requirements. Establishes and maintains positive relationships and open communication daily with the Master Servicing Department located in Denver, Colorado. In addition works closely with Servicer contacts in America and must be able to recognize and help resolve servicing issues Oversees and/or performs the research and correction of loan-level differences through contact with the primary Servicers. Maintains staffing needs and various aspects of personnel, such as interviewing and hiring new employees, setting and reviewing performance objectives, motivating performance, mentoring and educating staff, and be capable of performing corrective counseling or terminating unsuited employees. Provides initial and ongoing training to the staff on all job functions related to new or modified business processes, including investor requirements, reporting and remittance calculations and research, servicing system enhancements and company policies; Responds by verbal and written communication to complex requests for information and clarification of reporting and remittance practices to all Servicers. Communicates issues or problems to next level management and/or Aurora contact.

Desired Profile :

University Degree required with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, math or other similar disciplines. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable of training others in exposure to account reconciliations or other back office finance functions. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable of training others in the attention to detail, accuracy/completeness. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable of training others in organizational skills. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable of training others to problem solve. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable to train to be accountable and work in team environment. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable to train to lead others and work independently. Full demonstrated proficiency and capable of training others in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access. Full demonstrated proficiency in and capable of training others in computer skills including ability to accurately and quickly input data into prepared data entry screens. Full demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of Mortgage Loan processing.
